CORBUS ADVOCATEN, with office in Antwerp, wishes to strengthen its ‘Corporate Law’ department and is looking for intern(s) (m/f) with 0 to 3 years of experience.
Description and profile
Together with the partners and senior employees, you handle a diverse range of corporate law files. In addition, you are also interested in contract law, which forms the basis of corporate law, and you will therefore also be involved in this broader field to follow up/handle files.
You have a master’s degree in law and achieved excellent academic results. A postgraduate degree is definitely a plus. Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in corporate law, and you wish to further develop and become proficient in these matters.
You are able to make thorough analyzes and offer creative, practical solutions. You can work independently and act proactively. You work very precisely and do not like half work. You are a team player, who takes others into account and communicates smoothly and efficiently with colleagues and clients. You have a thorough knowledge of English and/or French.
You work on various projects and for a varied clientele, mainly companies and institutions, both nationally and internationally. We encourage consultation and interaction, and have created an open and attractive working environment to make this possible. We will of course support you in your further development by, among other things, encouraging training and further education.
You will quickly develop direct contacts with the clientele, supported and monitored by the responsible lawyers/partners.
