Glenn

Fredrix

Glenn has been a partner with Corbus since 2022. Until 2015, he worked as an associate for Corbus.

Glenn graduated with a Master’s degree in law at the University of Antwerp (2006). In addition, he holds a Master’s degree in intellectual property rights (2007) and a Master’s degree in company law (2016).

Since 2007 he has been a lawyer at the Bar Association of the Province of Antwerp.

Glenn is active in corporate law, with a particular focus on distribution law, intellectual property, portrait rights, ICT law, and company law, including acquisitions. In addition, he also regularly handles real estate matters, including sales, construction, co-ownership and (residential and commercial) lease. From this background, he assists several reputable fashion distributors and technology companies and is also active in the sports sector.

Glenn is a member of the Benelux Association for Trademarks and Design law (BMM). In March 2022 he won the prestigious Wim Mak Award together with co-author Marjolein Driessen for the article “IP-rights (s)portraits” on portraits in the sports sector.
